Hi, All!
I have a weird issue with wireless printing on my OfficeJet Pro 9010. After the printer was purchased everything was successfully set up with HP Smart and used to work well. However, approximately a month or 2 ago I faced an issue with wireless printing. All print jobs being sent to the printer from the computer stuck in the OS print spooler. In my attempts to solve the issue, I removed and reinstall the printer's drivers on the computer. Now all diagnosis utilities show that the printer is online and available, my computer's OS also says the printer available. When I send something to print wirelessly the job is placed in the print spooler for a half-second, then it disappears like it was sent to the printer for printing, but... the printer prints nothing. The same happens when I try to print a test page from the system or HP Print and Scan Doctor. What is the problem? I need help, please.
By the way, HP Print and Scan Doctor finds 2 printers installed in my system: HPF7661E (HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series) and HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series (NET). Does it have anything to do with the issue?
Thank you.

@Almih2006, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand the print jobs are disappearing from the queue. Install the printer using the TCP/IP port to resolve this issue:
Before following the below steps, uninstall the printer driver from the control panel and delete the printer from devices and printers.
- On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Add a printer(at the top)
- Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
- Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
- Find the IP address of the printer by tapping on the wireless/ethernet icon on the printer screen
- Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
- Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
- Try printing in color.
If the issue persists, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver
Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello, @Kumar0307!
Thank you for your advice, but unfortunately I could not use it. On the step number 6 from your instruction I am offered to choose what driver I want to install: genereic or from Microsoft. Nither Generic Driver nor Microsoft driver does not have drivers for HP. What should I do?

Let us try this:
Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Let me know how it goes.

Hello, @KUMAR0307!
I tried to do everything as you wrote, but it did not work. Dirvers and HP Smart software installed successfuly and HP Smart sees the printer (I can see its status, I can see how much ink is there and so on), but still when I sent something to the printer, it doesn't print, while the print job just disappears.
Do you have any other suggestion on how to solve the problem?

Are you able to make a copy on the printer from the scanner glass?
- Obtain the IP address of the printer – You can touch the “wireless” icon on the printer control panel to get the IP address.
- Type the IP address on your web browser to obtain the printer's EWS page.
- Try to print a test page and check if that works.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue
Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
Let me know how it goes.
