No blue wifi light, I set up the network and the printer and it is telling me to contact myself. All the restarts and recommended resets have been accomplished. Need a HP rep to force a full system reboot. Firmware is up to date.

Hi @Gash11,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query.
I understand that you are experiencing connectivity issues with your HP printer. I would request you to please follow the steps:
Reset Printer Network Settings
-
On the printer’s control panel, swipe down to open the dashboard.
-
Tap Network Setup.
-
Select Restore Network Settings.
-
Confirm the reset when prompted.
-
This will erase old WiFi configurations and return the printer’s network settings to default.
Re-add the Printer in the HP Smart App
-
Open the HP Smart app on your phone or computer.
-
Remove the printer from the app (if it’s already listed).
-
Tap Add Printer and follow the on-screen instructions.
-
Enter your WiFi credentials when prompted.
-
Wait for the app to confirm that the printer is connected.
Verify WiFi Connection
-
Look at the WiFi light on the printer.
-
A steady blue light means the printer is successfully connected to your network.
-
If the light is blinking or off, repeat the setup process.
Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.
Take care and have an amazing day!
