What's up? I was wanting to know if the Officejet 4650 will print on Transparency film paper? I want to print some cards on the film for a project I'm planning on doing. I appreciate the help. I have MacOS Ventura 13.4.1

Yes, but you need to use transparencies for an inkjet printer.
