HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e All-in-One Printer

I own and have set up my HP Officejet 9010e printer with

Web Services StatusEnabled
Internet connectionConnected
Printer connection to HP SmartConnected

I know that this printer does not support eprint via email while it supports print from anywhere through Hp Smart app.

When i log in to Hp Smart website i see my Officejet 9010e printer having a unique email address like xxxxxxx@hpeprint.com

I am sending mail to this unique address with attached pdf file but nothing is printing.

Is there any way to print via mail ?

OK - Got it.

I am disappointed this conversation went South from "I can't do that" to dump the brand.

Smiling.

Understood, though --  "No" is unpopular.

I will remove my posts to reduce the confusion for others.

Good Fortune ...

Nothing works, this is a brand new  printer but it is a rubbish.

I noticed that the printer could not print the Web Services Print info page even if the Web Services where enabled.

So,  i decided to set up the printer from the beginning.

First, i restored  defaults from Embedded Web Server applying  Hp Secure Erase and Restore Factory Defaults.

Then i removed the printer from my Hp Smart  account.

I booted the printer and followed the procedure to set it up from the beginning taking all the steps, as well as adding it to my Hp Smart account again. From the  Embedded Web Server i enabled Web Services successfully but  the Web Service info page does not print again.

I sent an attached pdf file to printer's unique email(Solutions-Other Solutions-Print by email) but nothing prints even if i receipt confirmation mail from donotreply@hpeprint.com that the job has been sent and is prepared for printing.

The worst is that having reset the printer , it now  shows the Cartridge Status as Previously Used Genuine HP Cartridge Installed and the  indicated ink level is  much lower than it was before resetting the printer even if they are the new not used cartridges included in the printer.

Even if i can print from anywhere using the Hp Smart app i can not Print by email which i need in order to set recuring emails to the printer once a week.

I could do the job with my previous Hp Officejet 6970 oro printer without problem so i thought it would be the same with the newer and more expensive model but i regret buying it at last.

I need to get it straight that i have added the  HP+ service and have enabled the Print Anywhere except from Require Private Pickup.

As a result the printer can print from anywhere  through the Hp Smart app mobile or Windows ( i tested it from different internet networks and from different users who i  had invited  from my Hp Smart account to use the printer) but as i explained this is not my scope.

I need the printer to Print by email but it does not print. I need this feature in order to set up recurring emails to the printer but Print by mail does not work even if the printer has its own unique email address found at Solutions-Other Solutions-Print by email  for the specific printer in my Hp Smart account .

Loss of money and time.

Sometimes the answer is No more Hp printers, get rid of them and go with other brands.
