Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Officejet E910 connection keeps dropping out, although my router says its connected and the wifi light on the printer is on. 

So cant view the EWS! (when i can view this server i can print). I've been through all the recommended fixes switching on and off reinstalling software,  unplugging and replugging router printer etc. etc. 

Oh and I've tried all the fixes recommended by that virtual agent. Even tried Ethernet that didn't work either.

Im running Windows 10 

Don't know where to go from here.

Any body any ideas ill try anything now. Its one step from going in the bin.

I would like to help

 

Please download and run the HP Print And Scan Doctor ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

 

Run PSDR v5.0.2 

Once the PSDR detects the Printer, it will show up the IP address and Software Status. 

Select the correct Printer and click on Next. 

PSDR will check if the Printer is on the Network and communication between the PC and the Printer. Once the connection check is done, click on Fix Printing 

Once PSDR goes through all checks and automatic fixes, click on Print a test page. 

Regardless if PSDR printed the test page or not, click on “NO PRINT” 

PSDR will then notify you that there is an update available, click on continue, and PSDR will apply the patch and ask for a reboot. 

Post restart the PSDR will run automatically to check for more issue.  If no issue found close PSDR.
