HP Officejet Pro 6830 - admin unlock

I have tried to access wireless features on my 6830 printer, but some months ago, I got locked out.  After having read the previous posts, I still have not had luck.  When I try the Set Up/Printer Maintenance/Restore, I still get the same message: "The feature has been locked by your administrator or the person who set up the printer."  

I've tried reinstalling the software more than once.

I also read that making network changes could  affect some features, and now I wonder if changing the modem and wifi router last year could be related to my troubles.   Please help me reset the printer to factory settings.

I understand that you are unable to change wireless settings on the printer, follow these steps to fix the issue.

You might have to reset the printer, I am sending you a private message. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
