Hello.

My HP Office Jet printer is having issues while attempting to print wirelessly.  I recently reinstalled the drivers after having issues with the scanner.  Since then, I cannot print or scan unless I reboot my router each time.

I installed the drivers in Windows 7 compatibility mode as suggested elsewhere and ensured that the printer is connected to my network by manually entering the network info.  The wireless light is solid blue and the status is Connected with excellent signal strength.

Previously, I couldn't even install the software because my computer wouldn't detect the printer.  Once I rebooted my router, my computer was then able to detect the printer and install the software, at which point, printing and scanning were working properly.

However, now I have to reboot my router at least once a day in order to use the printer.  Some days it happens that I have to reboot EVERY time I want to use the printer.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards,

Scott.
