I was using my printer to print system information and then the printer suddenly turned to offline.  I have been trying to get it back online with several methods including:  reinstalling, getting software downloads from HP website, running scan doctor and troubleshooting, updating. turning firewall off using steps in virtual chat on HP smart app.  I have the Officejet Pro 6230 printer with Windows 11
