HP Officejetpro 8620 printer keeps telling me that it is not connected to the internet

HP Officejet Pro 8620. Trying to set up Instant Ink. Instructions say to press the eprint icon. When I do the printer thinks for a while and then gives me an error message that says printer is not connected to the internet followed by some instructions. We followed the instructions but still not working. Any ideas?

First of all make sure your printer is connected to your wifi.

Press the wifi icon in the printer display, check the status and notice the IP address like "IP:192.168.1.3"

Type the number you read e.g. 192.168.1.3 in the browsers address bar and accept any security warnings.

Then you should get connected to the embedded webserver like this - change the correct tab:

Check updates under tools and install most recent firmware.

Let us know about any error messages.

When I push the wireless icon (it looks like a microphone, right?) the spinney thing goes round and round for a couple of minutes and then I still get the "printer is not connected to the internet" error.  I went to settings and printed a report that says it is connected with strong signal.  got this error after  following other instructions you said to do. typed in address on search bar of internet. Using google. 

An error has occurred.

Unable to communicate with the Web Services server. However, you might still be able to use some of the printer's Web Services features.
