HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw

HELLO,

I am on my Macbook Pro running Ventura 13.0.1, additionally most of my co workers are on Windows 10. We are unable to connect to the printer when attempting a print job. It say "could not make a connection to the printer". Even when trying to add the printer on my make in the printer and scanner section, It says "Unable to communicate with the printer at this time,

Unable to connect to ‘HP Color LaserJet Pro M453-4 [AE108D]._ipps._tcp.local.’ due to an error. Would you still like to create the printer?"

This printer was working fine before our move to another office. I was connected and printing from this printer just fine. Now that we are on a different wifi network it seems not to be working anymore, even though I put the printer on the wifi network.

Also, I am able to print when connected to a USB A to B cable. Aside from that I am unable to print. Can anyone help me with this issue that I am having?
