I recently purchased an HP Envy Laptop running on windows 11
I have an HP Photosmart 6520 series printer which runs on windows 10
Since purchasing the laptop I have been unable to print (either from my laptop or smart phone) - when I send the print all that comes out of the printer is a blank sheet.
Prior to this i was able to print from my old printer and smartphone.
What is the problem??????

I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing a print quality issue
To assist better-
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
Load plain white paper in the tray.
On the printer, touch Settings, touch Tools, and then touch Print Quality Report.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable to your printer - Print Quality Issues
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

I have tried everything but all i get is a blank piece of paper when trying to print
I have tried to print from my laptop (HP Envy) and my mobile (Samsung) but both give blanks prints.
I have tried all the suggested remedies but to no avail.
One of the messages I am seeing on the HP Photosmart 6520 printer is
""The printer was unable to connect to the server
Check the internet connection and try again, or enter a proxy address"
I am at a loss as prior to purchasing the HP Envy laptop it was all working ok.

The printer does have Windows 10 OS, it works with the operating system running on the Notebook.
- However, I would like to know if the blue light is solid on the printer?
- Do you know the IP address of the printer?
- When you make a copy does it print blank pages?
While you respond to that, please try to install the basic drivers on your PC and then add the printer to try printing.

The BLUE LIGHT is on.
The IP Address is 192.168.1.77
Yes, it prints blank papers.
IT does give me a message such as
"The printer was unable to connect to the server.
Check the internet connection and try again, or enter a proxy address"
