My printer is suddenly unable to connect to WiFi. We have 2 different routers, which it has been able to connect to (both) in the past but now will not connect. Sometimes when I do the wireless setup wizard it detects the list of available routers, but when I click on either of mine, it can’t connect. sometimes when I do wireless setup wizard it can’t see any routers, asks me to enter one manually, and can’t recognize those either. All other devices in our house can connect to both routers.
ive reset the printer to factory settings, I’ve restarted the printer several times. I’ve restarted the routers. Nothing is working. Please help!

Forgot to say I did the wireless network test and here are the results:
attention: your HP printer is unable to connect to your wireless router.
solution: 1 check that your wireless router is powered on (it is)
2. Check that your HP printer network name matches your wireless router network name (it does)
3. If they do not match exactly, run the wireless setup wizard to configure your HP printer.
wireless
- wireless on PASS
-wireless working PASS
-signal quality not run
connectivity

network

-other networks detected matching network name -not run
-wireless networks detected 0
