Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am using Mac and Windows 10, I tried every steps mentioned on the webpage.

I printed out the configuration page and input the URL using four different browsers, nothing worked.

I manually connected the printer with my two laptops, everything shows that the printer is missing.

However it is connected to the wifi that I am using with other devices.

What should I do?

I cannot even find the printer via HP Smart app on Mac....

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better -

 

  1. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  2. What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone? 
  3.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  4. Are the printer and computer connected to the same network?
  5. Is the printer connected to a home or a public network?

1. steady - I also printed network status paper or something? It says the printer is connected to the wifi.

It says the printer may not exist or is unavailable at this time then changes to the printer is not responding

HP Photosmart Wireless e-All-in-One Printer - B110a does not support a 5GHz network, please try and connect the printer to 2.4GHz and then try printing.
