Product: HP Photosmart C4385 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

For the life of me I cannot change the config of this printer to be able to connect to my new network. It's the HP Photosmart C4385 All-In-One. I Set up this printer to my home network a bit over a year ago, but I recently moved, and have a new service now. I cannot seem to be able to find the software I used last time, and all of HP's software doesn't seem to be working.

Their recommended program for this seems like it's going to work, then it freezes up on the 'Usb Configuration' page. I'm pretty tech savy, I've even tried to run the windows vista software in order to get this to work, yet to no avail.

 

Any Ideas???
