Hi @HologramMan,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To set up your HP Photosmart C4780 printer on your Windows 10 PC without the installation disc, you can download the necessary drivers and software directly from the official HP website. Here are the steps.

Visit the HP Support Website: Go to the HP Support website at support.hp.com.

Enter Your Printer Model: Type "Photosmart C4780" into the search bar, and select your printer model from the search results.

Download Drivers: Look for the "Drivers" or "Driver-Product Installation Software" section. Choose the appropriate driver for your operating system (Windows 10) and click on the download button.

Install the Software: Once the download is complete, run the installer to install the necessary drivers and software on your computer.

Follow On-Screen Instructions: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process. Make sure to choose the wireless or USB connection option, depending on your preference.

Connect Your Printer: If you are setting up a wireless connection, make sure your printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer. Follow the prompts to connect your printer to the network during the installation process.

Test the Connection: After the installation is complete, test the connection by printing a test page or any document to ensure that your printer is functioning properly.

Remember that if you're connecting your printer wirelessly, both your computer and the printer need to be on the same network. If you encounter any issues during the installation process, you may refer to the user manual or troubleshooting guide provided by HP support website.

By following these steps, you should be able to set up your HP Photosmart C4780 on your Windows 10 PC without the need for the installation disc.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
