HP Printer 7155 has stopped printing calendars from the Quick form app. How do I fix this problem?

I understand your HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-In-One Printer has stopped printing calendars from the Quick Form app, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

1. Restart the Printer and Computer

  • Power cycle the printer: Turn off the printer, unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet, wait for 60 seconds, plug it back in, and turn on the printer.
  • Restart your computer: Reboot your computer to refresh the system and clear any temporary issues.

2. Update Printer Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. You can check for updates through the printer's control panel or via the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.

3. Check Printer Connection

  • Make sure the printer is properly connected to your network or directly to your computer.
  • Verify the printer's wireless or wired connection status.

4. Reset Printer Settings

  • Reset Quick Form settings: If there's an option to reset the Quick Form app settings on the printer, do so.
  • Factory reset: As a last resort, you can reset the printer to its factory settings. This will erase all custom settings, so make sure to back up any important information.

5. Reinstall HP Smart App

  • Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device to ensure you have the latest version.
  • Re-add your printer to the HP Smart app after reinstalling it.

6. Print from HP Smart App

  • Try printing the calendar from the HP Smart app instead of directly from the printer's Quick Form app.
  • Open the HP Smart app, navigate to the "Shortcuts" or "Printables" section, and find the calendar template you want to print.

7. Check for Software Updates

  • Ensure that your computer's operating system and any HP-related software are up to date. Sometimes updates can resolve compatibility issues.
