Hi @Vink8,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To better understand the issue, could you let us know whether you're enrolled in HP Instant Ink or HP All-In Plan?

If you're using HP Instant Ink, this message is often related to an account or billing issue. Please try the following:

  1. Sign in to your HP Instant Ink – Ink Monthly Subscription | HP Official Site.
  2. Review your account status and check for any notifications or alerts.
  3. Verify that the payment method on file is current and that there are no failed or declined payments.
  4. Confirm that the printer is connected to the internet and shows as active in your Instant Ink account.

If everything appears normal and the message is still displayed, please let us know:

  • The exact printer model
  • Whether you are using HP Instant Ink or HP All-In-Plan
  • Any additional error messages shown on the printer or in the HP Smart app

We'll be glad to take a closer look and help get this resolved.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
