I've got an HP laserjet m209DW that cannot print. I had it configured and working properly for roughly 3 months, but was notified the other day that it suddenly stopped printing. The only error it gives is "Printer not Connected to the Internet." When I login to the printer via its IP it says that it is not connected to the internet and needs to be connected in order to print. I have the printer setup via ethernet and it is connected to the network. It has a static IP, appears in DHCP, and I'm able to ping it (pinging with a -a returns the correct device name). I've disabled IPv6 and wireless. When I log into the printer it states the network Ethernet/wired status as Connected and Ready.
I'm unable to connect it to Wi-Fi due to firm policy. It is also connected to the PC via USB. I've added and removed it several times. I've restarted it and ran updates.
Not sure what to troubleshoot next, please advise.
