HP Printer HP ENVY Pro 6400 Wireless - will not connect sync to very strong  internet signal.

This printer Still will not connect to strong home internet signal:

1.have excellent internet (all good and checked with supplier

2.did all the regular steps to try wirelessly to home internet

3.Printer still will not respond from iPhone or Mac computer to print

 

Need to speak with real person at HP support -someone directly As printer setting seems off (on a different setting) and do not know how to fix (???)
