Hi, I am subscribed to HP Instaink for 2+ years with my 2722e printer and everything has always worked well. This summer while on vacation, there was a short power outage at home and when we arrived the printer was showing an error message (could not connect to Internet). I solved this Wi-Fi connection (was not that easy) and open the EWS (Embedded Web Server) where everything looks fine, I checked for new firmware updates but the printer is fully up-to-date, but when I try to connect to Web Services it tries for 1-2 min but I get an error of "Web Services may be busy or unavailable temporarily".
Other information:
- I've logged in HP Instaink and my subscription is ok and paid monthly, but the printer appears as "disconnected from Internet)
- I've unplugged the router and the printer twice and nothing changes
- I've tried 5 times connecting to the web services and get the same error.
- The cartridges are well installed and recognized as Instaink Cartridges so I can't use them to print while the Web Services are not connected.
- The printer works well when printing help pages and printer information pages, so it seems to work well.
- I've browsed and read all articles in HP Smart
What else can I do?
Should I reset the printer to factory settings (how?) and start all over again?
Could the power outage have damaged the printer?
Could it be a problem of region mismatch for web services? I am based in Spain but perhaps the printer tries to connect to US.
Please, help me solve this as we need to print very soon!
