In warranty:

Contacted customer support/tech support on Nov 23rd with issue with the printer. Diagnosed as printer head issue and they promised to send me a replacement printer head. That never came and a small cable was sent against the fedex shipment linked to the case and case closed several times. No information on when I will get the printer head. I had 2months of warranty left when I started the case and now have 1month left. Looks like HP is playing games and wasting my time so that they can say my warranty expired. I still have one more month left and I need the service. I told them how important it was for me to get this serviced quickly but after waiting for 3weeks...this looks like they are closing cases without addressing the issue.

 

Really frustrated especially since I contacted twice to confirm that I am getting the correct model of the part, but still nothing after more than 2 weeks.

 

Need help urgently!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
