Why does HPSmart return an error immediately when HP Officejet 8015 warranty expires????????????????????

@EdamBandB, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

To assist you better, what is the error?

HP Smart app is not related to the printer warranty.

 

Have you tried updating the app or reinstalling it from Microsoft Store?

 

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.
