Hello, this is my second account so it dosent show that i have the printer. This is our family printer, our router broke. So we wanted to connect it to another network. The setup wizard is locked but no one ever EVER messed with the settings so there is no password or username set up. We hooked it up to another router 2 times there has been no password but this time it showes that it is locked. Restore Network Settings is locked. A semi-full reset is probably the solution, but i dont know how to do it.
