Hi @nishtala22

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for explaining the situation so clearly. It’s genuinely frustrating when your HP ENVY 6032e remains offline in Windows 10—even though it’s connected to your Wi-Fi network—especially after an error recovery.

This kind of issue typically stems from a disrupted driver handshake, a misconfigured port, or a stale device profile in Windows.

Here’s a structured recovery path to help restore wireless printing:

Step-by-Step Fix for “Printer Offline” in Windows 10

1. Verify Network Connection

  • Print a Network Configuration Page from the printer’s control panel.
  • Confirm the printer has a valid IP address and is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your notebook.

2. Disable “Use Printer Offline” Setting

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners
  • Select your HP ENVY 6032e → click Open Queue
  • In the new window, click Printer → uncheck Use Printer Offline

3. Set as Default Printer

  • In the same Printers & Scanners menu:
    • Select your printer → click Manage
    • Click Set as Default

4. Remove and Reinstall the Printer

  • In Printers & Scanners, remove the printer.
  • Restart your notebook.
  • Re-add the printer using Add a Printer or Scanner
  • If it doesn’t appear, click The printer I want isn’t listed → choose Add using TCP/IP address
    • Enter the IP address from the Network Configuration Page

5. Update Printer Firmware and Drivers

  • Visit the official support page:
HP ENVY 6032e Drivers & Firmware
  • Download and install:
    • Latest firmware
    • Full feature driver for Windows 10
  • Restart both printer and notebook after installation

6. Reset Printer’s Network Settings (if needed)

  • On the printer’s control panel:
    • Go to Setup > Network Settings > Restore Network Defaults
  • Reconnect using the Wireless Setup Wizard

You’ve already taken the right steps by confirming network connectivity—let’s make sure your printer reconnects reliably and gets back to smooth wireless printing.
