I have an HP Chromebook and have been using the HP Smart App to print and scan documents without any issues. Now the app is requiring me to login to HP services. After creating an account and trying to log in, I get a blank screen and a blue spinning wheel with the words "Thanks for your patience" and I can never log in. How do I fix this?

If you are having HP Smart sign in issue on your Chromebook, please update your HP Smart App to the latest version 8.9.0.58. The issue has been fixed in the new version.
Note: HP Smart doesn’t support Printer setup, onboarding, discovery and few advance features on Chromebook. So please use below support doc for your printer setup.
