HP Smart App says my printer is "offline" when it is not.

I got this envy 5032 enrolled in the instantink subscription. And in the last month i started receiving the "connect your printer to internet" mails. Last night when i wanted to check how many pages i got left to print. It didn't show up, it said that my printer is ready to print but also unable to connect with the orinter (my printer is connected to the internet and printing well). Then it shows that I printed 9 pages (i counted 14 : doing a calendar plus 2 broken pages). And after that. It shows  not ready to print and cannot connect with the printer (printer is still connected to the internet and printing well).

How can i fix the problem? Because i don't want to lose the instantink subscription and also to see how many pages i got left each month
