Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

I've had an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 for over a year.  For reasons unclear to me, the HP Smart software stopped working.  Today, the HP Smart software cannot find the printer. However, Windows was able to find the printer and get it to scan.  Yet, HP Smart still cannot find the printer. 

 

I've tried:

1. Rebooting my computer

2. Uninstalling and re-installing the HP Smart software

3. Power cycling the printer

4. Trying to add the printer using manual IP address into HP Smart software during "Find Printer"

5. Successfully confirmed the printer is connected to the network (with a test page printed as well)

6. Uninstalling and re-installing the printer through Windows (which was able to find the printer immediately)
