Losing the will to live! My HP printer won't connect to my HP laptop. I can print via my iphone but not the laptop. When I try to install the laptop there is an error message of failed. Please can someone help. I live in Turkey and obviously the HP team only speak Turkish which is absolutely no help to me. Tried contacting HP via twitter and repeatedly told to contact HP in Turkey ignoring the fact they don't speak English I have uninstalled the printer, turned it off 9 million times etc.
