Product: HP Smart Tank 6001 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
image on the page is askew. I have done the alignment task twice with good results. I use a narrow margin and the image is clearly farther away from one corner of the page than the other. I have checked with two types of paper (card stock and HP Premium paper), plus checked that the guides on the paper feed are securely against the paper. I am printing from Microsoft Publisher with narrow margins.
This is a brand new printer and we might have printed a total of 10 pages tops, two of which are alignment pages.
Help! We really do not want to return the unit, but we bought this printer for weekly use and having the print be "cattywompus" just does not work.
