HP Recommended

Send order to print. I can hear the printer receive the order. Print head  seems to respond but then stops and records an error. Unplugged printer from the back then unplugged from the wall. Confirmed Bluetooth connected.

Used the diagnostice tool to do a Test Print but recorded an error as described above. I tested the printer to see if it would print a page in black and white from the printer control panel. Printed fine.
