HP Smart Tank 651 Constantly in Offline State

I bought this printer about 3 months ago and have been able to print 3 times since. It will print fine for a day and then goes offline. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, renamed it, rebooted the printer, modem/router, and laptop and nothing seems to fix this long-term. All devices are on the same WiFi network. I have run the HP Fix & Diagnose tool and it says all is well but when I try to print, it shows the printer Offline and nothing will print. I even tried assigning a static IP address via DHCP to no avail. 

All Microsoft hotfixes have been applied and Antivirus is up to date. I had a printer that worked consistently before this but felt an upgrade was necessary because it was 12 years old. I'm really regretting that choice because now, I can never print.

This could happen if the Internet modem/router has a 5G and 2.4G networks, and some routers are able to setup a 2.4G network for printers compatibility.

Make sure that printer is connected to a 2.4G network.

because HP Smart Tank printers are more compatible to work with that networks.

Then try to connect again your printer following steps from the next video:
