Hello I am looking for assistance connecting my Hp printer to my computer. This is a second hand printer and im unable to get the WPS pin number. I tried to do the hold the wireless and information button at the same time but all it does is pull the paper through and not print the number. Yes I have ink in the printer. Please someone help….

- Open the HP Smart app and select "Add Printer" to begin the setup process. Follow on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
USB Connection:
- You can use a USB cable to connect the printer directly to your computer. This method doesn't require a network setup.
- Make sure you have the correct driver installed from the HP website. Your computer should recognize the printer once connected.
Wireless Setup Wizard:
- On the printer control panel, go to “Setup,” then “Network Setup,” and select “Wireless Setup Wizard.”
- Follow the instructions to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password manually.
Access Point Mode:
- Enable Wi-Fi Direct on the printer, which allows direct communication between the printer and your computer without campus network configuration.
- Use the printer’s touch panel to enable Wi-Fi Direct. You can then connect your computer to the printer’s Wi-Fi Direct network.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Ensure your printer is within range of the Wi-Fi router.
- Restart your printer and computer, then attempt the connection again.
