The printer wouldn't print. It said everying was locked. I tried all the suggested fixes with no success...one of them said to hide the printer and that it would restore the settings upon the next boot. Didn't happen. Now HP Smart can't find the printer. The lights are on, the wifi is flashing but no matter what I do, printer not found. I even keyed in the IP address and that wasn't found either. I hope someone here can help me get my pc back online and printing. Thanks!

- Reconnect your printer to Wi-Fi: Ensure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Reconnect to Wi-Fi
- Check Wi-Fi Settings: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is working correctly and that other devices can connect to it.
- Printer Reset: Perform a printer reset to re-establish the connection:
- Turn off the HP Envy Pro 6455.
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer and wait for about 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer back on.
Confirm Printer Connectivity and IP Address
- Wi-Fi light status: Make sure the Wi-Fi light on the printer is solid blue (indicating a stable connection).
- Print a Network Configuration Report: This report will provide the printer’s IP address:
