Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Husband bought a new printer.  An HP Envy 6458e. I can’t seem to get my Smart app to find it even though the wifi is hooked up. And I’ve sent stuff to it through the print app( not the HP Smart) So I know it can be seen   But I get the ever circling search when I try to add it. We are a Windows and Mac household
