HP Smart cannot detect my HP ENVY Photo 6234 printer which is connected to my wireless network.

I have connected my HP ENVY Photo 6234 printer to my wireless network but HP Smart (both on my laptop and my Android mobile phone) cannot detect the printer, even when I specify the IP address of the printer. I have printed the HP Network Configuration Page and everything looks OK to me. However, I can print from my Android phone via Wi-Fi Direct using the HP Print Service Plugin app. I would like to use HP Smart and also I need to be able to print from my laptop which is connected to my hub via Ethernet.

Try reinstalling the HP Smart app

Click here to download and know more about the app on the PC

If the issue persists, click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing and scanning to check if this helps.
