Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hi, after replacing my printer due to a malfunction I cannot log in anymore into HP Smart app. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it from the app store, but it did not work.

Apparently I cannot log in from any device.

Any suggestion?
