Our printers are on their own isolated vlan and we utilize a printer server environment. The two test printers we got (LJ Pro 4001dwe) are displaying a message about needing an HP account every time something is printed. We setup a corporate HP account and registered both printers to that account during their initial configuration. Through troubleshooting and firewall logs, I have determined that these devices need UDP 9930 and TCP 80/443 opened to the Internet. However, we do not allow the printer network unrestricted access to the Internet. I have filtered through the logs and the printers are hitting several different IPs, all of which are AWS EC IPs. What are the URLs that these printers are resolving to for their HP+ cloud communications?
