Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148dw

My printer is showing drivers not available even though I have the driver pack from Dec 2022 installed. So I can't use my printer directly from the printer list. So I had to use it through I believe it was HP Smart. However, since changing routers, my printer is showing offline in HP Smart both on my computer and my phone. It was working just fine on my other router. I have turned off the firewall settings on my router but that does not help. I have been researching how to fix this for several hours and nothing is working. Please help.
