I have been having trouble getting the HP Envy 5500 printer to work for another authorized user on my Chromebook.  It works fine for me as adminstrator.

I wanted to check that the software was up to date but cannot sign in to HP Smart, the screen stays stuck on the Thanks for your Patience wheel.

would be grateful for any advice.  HP Support seems to be unavailable.

I'm on a Chromebook so have been using Chrome as a browser.  What other browser would you suggest?

Thanks!

Firefox or Opera? Also, are you using the HP print for Chrome to print: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_2506940-1986942-16
