Smart tank 7005

Hi I got my HP Smart tank 7005 only a couple of months ago. It has been connected to the same WiFi since the day I got it. A few days ago I wanted to print something so switched it on but the WiFi light just blinks and doesn’t connect. I’ve tried resetting by holding the cancel and WiFi buttons like it says online but it’s still just flashing. I’ve turned the WiFi off and on, printed off at the wall etc and still the same. 

I connected it by USB instead which I don’t mind using even though it’s less convenient but the borderless option is not there when connected that way. 

I’m at a loss. I really need to use my printer for orders. Any help would be much appreciated! 

I have tried to contact support but the website won’t let me add my printer onto my account so I can’t get any further than that.
