I connect my HP Laser MFP 135a to my laptop [no bluetooth function], when i print documents from laptop it is okay, but when i open HP Smart and wanted to scan documents from printer to my laptop, the app could not detect my printer is online and the app takes forever to load, when i unplug the USB, the app functions well. I have tried restarting the app and the printer as well as unplugging and plugging in again, but it didn't help me. I am grateful for any solutions provided to this issue, thanks.

No this is not helping me. I can't even open the app when USB connection is plugged in. Once i unplug it the app is functioning normal
