Hi All, I am trying to open my HP Smart scanner on my PC but it just goes to below screen and locks.

I have found a solution, you just need to re-download software and updated software HP Printer Assistant.

Someone else tried that and it didn't work for them. I 'm afraid to lose all of my settings!
