HP Support

I am attempting to add a recently purchase used HP Officejet 3830 to my Wifi network using the HP Smart App. The network setting have been reset, yet the printer does not appear in the app and HP Support does not appear under my WIFI settings to connect it. Does anyone have any ideas, tips, or advise?

To which device are you connecting the printer?

Meanwhile:-

This printer only supports 2.4-GHz bandwidth, make sure the router bandwidth is set to 2.4GHz.

Restore network settings to default settings

1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless), and then touch Settings.

2. Touch Restore Network Settings.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Connect the printer to WiFi using Wireless Setup Wizard

1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch (Wireless).

2. Touch Settings.

3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
