HP Tango was working fine, and now it won't turn on. I have tried unplugging and plugging back in. I have tried changing wall outlets, as well as changing power cords. The power button refuses to light up. Please send help.

Hi @jcarr14,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Tango printer is not turning on and the usual troubleshooting steps such as unplugging and plugging it back in, changing wall outlets, and swapping power cords have not resolved the issue, there could be several potential reasons for this problem. Here are some steps you can take to further diagnose and possibly resolve the issue:
Check the Power Source: Although you've already tried changing outlets, ensure that the outlet you're using is functioning correctly by plugging in another device that you know works.
Inspect the Power Cord and Adapter: Look for any visible signs of damage or wear on the power cord and adapter. If you find any, the cord or adapter might need replacement. Although you mentioned changing power cords, ensure the replacement is compatible with your HP Tango printer.
Hard Reset: Perform a hard reset on your printer. To do this, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer while the printer is still turned off. Wait at least 60 seconds, then reconnect the power cord. This can sometimes reset the printer's internal components and fix the issue.
Check for Internal Issues: If the printer still does not turn on, there could be an internal issue, such as a faulty power supply or a problem with the printer's motherboard.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
