COMPUTER
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an HP Tango because I needed a printer that I could take to client sites. It has NEVER worked properly. It will print one set of paperwork, then goes offline, won't print, won't go back online. Rebooting both printer AND computer solves NOTHING. I try to push the little "i" and nothing happens. I combo click the Wi-Fi button + i and NOTHING HAPPENS.

Their ****"support assistant" software doesn't even detect it! And PLEASE don't go blaming my computer, my router, my internet, or anything OTHER than HP!

This is the BIGGEST PIECE OF **bleep** ever!

I have spent HOURS on the phone simply waiting for a "customer service" rep to even answer. They are no dang help AT ALL. How can HP not know this is a problem? Well, maybe they don't care. I will NEVER GIVE MY MONEY TO HP AGAIN.

--Apologies for my brevity. I'm **** and beyond frustrated. I have lost an entire day screwing around with this junk.

I also have an HP Envy 6455E which did the exact same thing. The only difference is that it has been continuously connected to my home internet without interruption. It STILL LOSES CONNECTION! The router is literally right next to it. I even tried plugging directly into the wall socket, not the surge protector, and of course, that did nothing. By the way HP, why the heck would you PREFER I have the printer plugged directly into the wall? Is it so that when I get a brown-out or lose power and it comes back on frying the printer, you can blame me?!

For the HP Envy, I used their **** support assistant software which advised I update the firmware, taking care to not interrupt it or it could cause catastrophic damage. Well, GUESS WHAT!? It crashed in the middle of the firmware update and now it has fatal error code E9, and every light is flashing. It's dead. TWO HOURS on the phone with "support" just to get them to replace their piece of ****!

HP has absolute **bleep** for products and their support isn't much better.

The virtual "ASSistant" is a complete waste of time, too.
