Product: DeskJet plus 4128 AIO

I cannot get my DeskJet plus 4128 back online.  I need to load the HP app but it will not launch.  I'm not sure what the problem is.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to your printer? 
  • Are you able to print from other devices using HP smart app? 
  • Have you tried unisntalling and reinstalling the HP smart app?
  • What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)?
