HP DeskJet4152e

is anyone else having trouble with the Deskjet 4152e not staying connected to the internet? I have had mines for months and even have instant ink but I am not able to use my trial because it never wants to print. The printer that doesn't print. I have tried everything and it's really ashamed that this is an issue. When I first got the printer I received a damaged connector. When I try to print it never works it always says error or that it has documents waiting. I really just want my money back at this point because it seems like nothing works. Even the diagnostic says nothing is wrong but the print smart app says error.

@Pavillion_12, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print. To assist you better, are you using a Mac or a Win PC to print?

  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
  • Restart the router, the printer, and the computer
  • Make sure the printer and the computer are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both networks.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
