HP envy 4500 Could not connect to the wireless network

Hi. We upgrade our wireless network. I've been trying to reconnect my hp envy 4500 printer to the new network unfortunately it is always a connection failed. The issue is MAC address filtering is enabled on the new router. I also tried disabling it, but still connection failed. Please help.

Note:- The HP ENVY 4500 series only supports connections using 2.4GHz.

Restore network settings to default settings

1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status menu.

2. Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless Settings menu.

3. Select Restore Defaults.

4. Confirm selection to restore defaults.

Update the printer firmware

Here are the steps:- Click here

Connect the printer using Wireless setup Wizard

1. Press the Wireless button from the printer control panel, and then select Settings.

2. Scroll to select Wireless Setup Wizard, and then press OK.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the wireless connection.
