HP ENVY 5642

Hello,

I have an issue with my printer. My printer is unable to connect to the wireless route. I try to connect to my wifi, but it does not connect to my wifi. We never changed the password or the router. It never happened before. So, I try to unplugged the printer, type the password, and then wifi protected setup still did not work.  I try to troubleshoot the printer, but still, it does not work. I do not know what to do? I do not understand why it is still not working?  Could you please guide me with this situation? Thank you so much!
