Hi @Michael44444,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand you want to switch the Wi-Fi network and password on your HP printer. Let’s go through the steps:

Power on your printer
– Make sure it’s turned on and ready.

Access the Wireless Settings
– On the printer control panel, go to Setup → Network Setup → Wireless Settings.
– If your printer doesn’t have a touchscreen, press the Wireless button or Wireless Setup Wizard.

Select a new Wi-Fi network
– Choose Wireless Setup Wizard. The printer will search for available networks.
– Select your new Wi-Fi SSID (network name).

Enter the Wi-Fi password
– Use the control panel to enter the new Wi-Fi password carefully.
– Confirm and connect.

Verify connection
– Print a Network Configuration Page or check the wireless icon on the printer to confirm it’s connected to the new network.

Update connected devices
– On your computer or mobile devices, reconnect the printer using the new network settings.
– You may need to re-add the printer on each device if it doesn’t auto-detect the new network.

Optional: Restart the printer and router
– This can help resolve any network glitches after changing Wi-Fi settings.

I hope this helps.
